摘　　要：目的　观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉手术的临床疗效。方法　 12 4例 ( 13 3眼 )翼状胬肉患者接受自体角膜缘干细胞移植并随访观察 3月至 3年 1月。结果　 12 8眼治愈 ,5眼复发 ( 3 76% )。结论　自体角膜缘干细胞移植是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of autologus limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods 124 cases(133 eyes) of pterygium were performed autologus limbal stem cell transplantation and were followed up from 3 months to 3 years and 1 month.Results 128 eyes were healed and 5 eyes recurred (3 76%) Conclusion Autologus limbal stem cell transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of pterygium.
