摘　　要：目的　评价羊膜移植与自体角膜缘结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉疗效并进行对比。方法　原发性翼状胬肉 48例 ( 4 8眼 ) ,随机分成A、B两组 ,每组 2 4例。A组采用羊膜移植术 ;B组采用自体角膜缘结膜移植术 ,观察翼状胬肉术后复发情况。结果　术后随访 3～ 6月 ,A组 2例复发 ( 8 3 % ) ,3例羊膜下有瘢痕形成 ;B组 1例复发 ( 4 2 % ) ,未见结膜植片下有瘢痕形成。2组复发率对比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　羊膜移植与自体角膜缘结膜移植均不失为防治翼状胬肉术后复发的治疗方法。但自体角膜缘结膜移植更优于羊膜移植。Objective To compare the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation and autologus conjunctival limbus transplantation for pterygium. Methods 48 primary pterygium patients were randomly divided into two group, A group were treated by amniotic membrane transplantation, B group were treated by autologus conjunctival limbus transplantation. Results The patients were followed up for 6-12 months, 2 patients in A group relapsed (8.3%), 3 patients had scar formation under amniotic membrane, 1 patient in B group relapsed (4.2%), no patients had scar formation. Two group had marked difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation and autologus conjunctival limbus transplantation are valuable methods for pterygium, but the latter is better.
