摘　　要：校园文化活动的设置与开展直接影响到高素质人才的培养。针对目前众多高校校园文化活动开展中存在的问题,文章就校园文化活动的数量、质量等方面,采用问卷法对南通工学院2001-2002年校园文化活动开展情况做了调查分析,指出应从系统性、多样性、创新性、主体性、合理性五个方面进行优化,并就校园文化建设的具体开展提出了一些改进意见。How to organize school culture activities directly affects talent cultivation. As there exist many problems in school culture activities currently, the author has, by means of questionnaires, conducted a survey of the school culture activities of NTIT that took place in 2001 and 2002, in terms of quantity, quality and other aspects. Based on the survey, the essay proposes a few ideas about how to build school culture from the perspective of being systematic, varied, innovative, subjectivity and rational.
