摘　　要：根据笔者在实际教学过程中发现的关于《21世纪大学英语》系列教材中存在的一些问题,分三个方面加以分析和论证,并提出了一些修改意见。The article focuses on the deficiency and mistakes found while teaching the 21 Century College English. A detailed analysis is also given in three aspects to the books disfigurement caused by the serious faults.
