摘　　要：学校体育伤害的法律责任要区分直接、间接 ;主观、客观 ;课间、课外和学生的民事行为能力。责任主体有学校、教师、学生或其他组织和个人。重点是要加强预防措施和建立意外伤害保险制度。Legal liability of sports injury in the schools can be classified into direct and indirect,objective and subjective,in class and out of class,and students civil act ability.The subject of liability includes school,teacher,student,other organization and individual.The key point is to enhance the preventive measures and found insurance system for unexpected injury.
