摘　　要：高校的民主党派工作 ,对于巩固和发展中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度具有重要意义。必须正确认识和处理高校中党与民主党派的关系 ,推动和加强民主党派的自身建设 ,充分调动民主党派的积极性 ,发挥民主党派成员在教学科研、参政议政、决策咨询、维护稳定等方面的作用。统战干部具备良好的素质和形象 ,是做好党派工作的重要条件。党委的重视和领导 ,是做好党派工作的基本保证。The democratic parties work in universities is of great importance to enhance and develop the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party. We must properly consider and deal with the relationships between the Party and the democratic parties in universities, promote the self-construction of the democratic parties, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the democratic parties and give play to the role of the democratic parties members on teaching and scientific research, participating in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, making decision and consultation, and safeguarding the stability. The fine quality and image of the cadres working on united front are important prerequisites to democratic parties work. The attention and leadership of the Party committee are the fundamental guarantee for democratic parties work.
