摘  要:目的 :探讨中药五倍子在实验性釉质龋形成过程中对无机质的作用。方法 :以 5 0 0 g/L五倍子浸液为实验药物 ,380g/LAg(NH3 ) 2 F、2 0g/LNaF为阳性对照 ,去离子水为阴性对照。通过测量在釉质龋形成过程中Ca、P溶出量及总脱矿量 ,比较四种药物的不同影响。结果 :对Ca、P溶出量及总脱矿量的抑制作用 ,从大到小依次为 380 g/LAg(NH3 ) 2 F、2 0 g/LNaF、5 0 0 g/L五倍子浸液、去离子水。 5 0 0g/L五倍子浸液与380 g/L Ag(NH3 ) 2 F、去离子水比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;与 2 0 g/LNaF比较 ,对Ca、P溶出量有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对总脱矿量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :5 0 0 g/L五倍子浸液对Ca、P溶出量及总脱矿量具有显著的抑制作用 ,对Ca、P溶出量的抑制作用小于 2 0g/LNaF。对总脱矿量的抑制作用Ag(NH3 ) 2 F效果最好 ,五倍子与 2 0 g/LNaF相当。AIM:To discuss the effect of Chinese nutgall on inorganic materials in the process of enamel caries forming.METHODS:500 g/L Chinese nutgall soaked liquid was used as experimental medicine.380 g/L Ag(NH_3)_2F and 20 g/L NaF were used as positive controls,while the deionised water as negative control.The functions of the above four groups were compared with each other,according to the content of Ca、P and the general demineralization in the demineral solution.RESULTS:According to the inhibition effects on the content of Ca、P and the general demineralization,the four groups from great to little differently were 380 g/L Ag(NH_3)_2F、 20 g/L NaF、 500 g/L Chinese nutgall soaked liquid and deionised water.There were significant difference ( P <0.01) between 500 g/L Chinese nutgall soaked liquid and 380 g/L Ag(NH_3)_2F、500 g/L Chinese nutgall soak liquid and deionised water.While there were significant difference on the content of Ca、P ( P <0.05) and no difference on the general demineralization ( P >0.05) between 500 g/L Chinese nutgall soaked liquid and 20 g/L NaF.CONCLUSION:The results proved that the Chinese nutgall could restrained dissolving of Ca、P and general demineralization. But its inhibition effect on the content of Ca、P was inferior to 20 g/L NaF.Which inhibition effect on the general demineralization was almost equal to 20 g/L NaF its.On this aspect,the 380 g/L Ag (NH_3)_2F has the best effect among the four groups.
