折裂牙全冠修复的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察采取保存治疗的方法修复折裂牙的疗效。方法 :选取 2 4 8个折裂牙 ,根据不同类型采取结扎固定 ,根管治疗后全冠保护的手段修复患牙 ,追踪复查 2年后的治疗效果。结果 :隐裂型成功率为92 .6 % ,斜折型为 90 .9% ,纵折型为 6 4 .0 % ,总成功率为 86 .3%。结论 :采取保存修复治疗的方法修复折裂牙 ,有一定的临床应用价值。AIM:To observe the clinical effect of repairing the odontoclasis with protective therapy.METHODS:248 odontoclasises were chosen and fixed with steel wire according to their type. After root canal therapy,the complete crown was adopted,observing their clinical effects for two years.RESULTS:The effect ratio is 92.6% for odentoschim,90.9% for oblique odontoclasis,64.0% for vertical odontoclasis.The total effect ratio is 86.3%.CONCLUSION:It has clinical value that the odontoclasis was repaired with protective therapy.
