摘　　要：“后非典时期”是一个全新的概念,具有时代赋予的特征,深刻揭示其内函与特点,有助于我们进行系统的反思,提高 对未来的预见性和应对能力。这对社会的发展、稳定与繁荣无疑会起到积极健康的推动作用。'Period After SARS' is a complete new conception with the characteristic of our times. If its intension and characteristic are subtly delineated, it has contributed to a better introspecting among, and a better heighening future foresight replying ability.
