摘 要:就电力系统暂态性能优化问题比较了有限时间和无限时间两种分层控制算法 ,提出将分层控制器与各种PSS相配合以提高控制暂态过程的效果。对 4机系统在各种情况下的数字仿真检验各种控制方案的结果 ,证明该法可显著减小暂态过程的振荡幅度和时间 ,仿真结果还表明 ,有限时间分层控制算法效果优于无限时间算法 ,但分层最优控制的工程实现较难 ,而且求解时间长 。THE PAPER RESEARCHES IN DETAIL THE SOLUTION AND APPLICATION OF THE OPTIMAL TRANSIENT STABILITY HIERARCHICAL CONTROL IN POWER SYSTEM, INTRODUCES AND COMPARES THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEFINITE TIME CONTROL AND THE INFINITE TIME CONTROL UNDER A NEW PERFORMANCE INDEX. A METHOD OF COLLABORATING PSS WITH THE HIERARCHICAL CONTROL STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE BETTER EFFECT ON TRANSIENT PROCESS OF POWER SYSTEM IS PRESENTED. AT THE END THE SEVERAL CONTROL STRATEGIES ARE APPLIED TO A 4 MACHINE POWER SYSTEM TO ANALYZE AND COMPARE THEM. BY COMPARISON, IT IS FOUND THAT THE RESULTS OF SIMULATION VERIFY THEIR CHARACTERISTICS VERY WELL. AND IT IS ALSO FOUND THAT THE CONTROL STRATEGY OF COLLABORATING PSS WITH THE HIERARCHICAL CONTROLLER CAN SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASE THE AMPLE AND TIME OF POWER SYSTEM TRANSIENT OSCILLATION. IT OBVIOUSLY PROVES THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTROL STRATEGY.
