电热电化学治疗牙龈瘤的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨电热电化学方法治疗牙龈瘤的可行性及疗效。方法:用电热电化学治疗仪,把电热针当作负极,插入牙龈瘤内,把正极电化学针插入牙龈瘤波及的邻牙间隙内,进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果:81例牙龈瘤患者中,可评估的66例随访48个月,66例均经电热电化学治疗(ETECT)一次治愈,不拔邻牙、未见复发,4年治愈率达100%(66/66)。结论:用电热电化学治疗牙龈瘤,操作简便,安全可靠,为治疗牙龈瘤提供了一种新的方法。PURPOSE: To investigate the clinical effect of a new method, electrothermal and electrochemical therapy (ETECT), in treatment on epulis, without extracting neighbouring affected teeth. METHODS: In the electrothermal and electrochemical therapy, electrothermal needles and electrochemical needles were inserted into the inner part, the basal part and the pedicel part of the epulis, and into the periodontium between two neighbouring teeth. RESULTS: After 48 months of follow-up for 66 assessed patients from 81, no recurrence was found after applying electrothermal and electrochemical therapy for one time, without extraction of the adjacent teeth. The four-year control rate was 100%(66/66). CONCLUSION: Using electrothermal and electrochemical therapy in the treatment on epulis provides a new easy-operated, safe and reliable method for the treatment on epulis.
