摘　　要：目的:观察上颌前牙区牙槽骨严重吸收患者在行鼻底骨移植同时植入种植体后的临床效果。方法:对5例上前牙缺失、牙槽骨高度在5～7mm的病例行鼻底提升,植入自体块状骨和Bio-Oss混合物,同时植入20颗种植体。9～12个月后修复。结果:于术后9～12个月完成义齿修复,追踪8个月以上,无种植体松动。X线片检查种植体骨结合良好。鼻腔区无并发症。结论:鼻底提升骨移植同期植入种植体,解决了上颌前牙区牙槽骨严重吸收患者的修复难题,短期效果良好。长期效果有待观察。PURPOSE: To investigate the clinical results of nasal floor lifting by bone graft for immediate implantation. METHODS: 5 nasal floor underwent bone graft and simultaneously 20 implants placement..RESULTS: All the implants placement had been repaired in 9-12 months.There were no implants loose,X-ray examination showed well osseointegratin and no clinical complaint of the nasal sinus area. CONCLUSIONS: Successful nasal floor bone graft with simultaneous placement of implant is predictable .
