基质金属蛋白酶-9和上皮型钙粘附蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其预后意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)和上皮型钙粘附蛋白 (E cadherin ,E cad)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法　 1995～ 1997年采用免疫组织化学SP法检测MMP 9和E cad在哈尔滨医科大学第一医院住院的 6 2例NSCLC患者组织和 18例正常肺组织中的表达。结果　NSCLC组织中的MMP 9的阳性表达率和E cad的异常表达率与肿瘤病理分级、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有密切关系 (P <0 0 5 )。MMP 9、E cad的表达水平与NSCLC患者的预后显著相关。结论　MMP 9、E cad可作为判断NSCLC恶性程度及预后的指标。Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and E-cadherin(E-cad) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Immunohistochemical method (SP) was used to detect the expression of the MMP-9 and E-cad in 62 NSCLC tissues and 18 normal lung tissues.Results The positive expression rate of MMP-9 and the abnormal expression rate of E-cad in NSCLC were closely related to the TNM stages,pathological grades and lymph node involvement (P<0.05).The levels of MMP-9 and E-cad expression were associated with unfavorable prognosis.Conclusion MMP-9 and E-cad could be used as markers of malignant potential and prognosis factor of NSCLC.
