摘  要:目的 :探讨食管鳞癌中Smad4、TβRⅡ及P2 1waf1的表达特点及其意义。方法 :80例食管鳞癌样本常规石蜡切片行Smad4、TβRⅡ、P2 1waf1免疫组织化学染色。结果 :Smad4、TβRⅡ、P2 1waf1的表达在食管癌组织学分级Ⅰ级、癌细胞未浸至深肌层和淋巴结无转移的组织样本中阳性率明显高于组织学分级Ⅲ级、癌细胞浸至深肌层或浆膜层和淋巴结有转移的组织样本 ,差异均有显著或极显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :Smad4、TβRⅡ、P2 1waf1与食管鳞癌的发生发展及生物学行为有关 ,随病理分期、细胞分级增高阳性表达率降低。Objective: To examine the expression of Smad4,T β RⅡ and P21 waf1 in esophageal squamous cance tissue and its pathological significance. Methods: Levels of Smad4,T β RⅡand P21 waf1 were deteced by immunohistochemical method of avidin-biotin complex in formalin-fixed specimens from 80 patients. Results: The positive rates of Smad4、T β RⅡ、P21 waf1 in the tissue of grade Ⅰ,without infiltration,and without lymhnode metastasis were significantly higher than that of histological grade Ⅲ,with infiltration into deep muscular or serous layer and with lymphnode metastasis( P< 0.05).There was a significant relationship of the expression among the three factors in cancer tissues. Conclusion: Smad4、T β RⅡand P21 waf1 may be associated with the carcinogenesis,biological behaviors and prognosis of cancer,and parallel to pathological stage and cell grade.
