扶正方对LA795肺癌模型鼠EGFR和PCNA的影响

摘　　要：为研究扶正方 (主药 :黄芪、当归、黄精等 )的抗癌机制 ,4 0只T739小鼠接种LA795后 ,均分为 4组 :中药组 (A ,接种 2 4h后灌喂扶正方连续 13d ,第 6d起腹腔注射生理盐水 ) ;化疗组 (B ,接种 2 4h后灌喂生理盐水 ,6d后腹腔注射环磷酰胺 ,连续 5d) ;中药 +化疗组 (C ,综合A、B组治疗方法 ) ;模型组 (D ,以生理盐水灌喂并腹腔注射 )。13d后处死小鼠 ,取瘤称重 ,计算抑瘤率 ,并以免疫组化和图像分析法 ,比较各组小鼠肿瘤组织的EGFR和PCNA。结果 :三种治疗方法均有一定的抑瘤作用 ,并均可调低EGFR和PCNA ,其中A、B组相仿 ,C组最佳。提示扶正方具有与环磷酰胺相仿的抑制肿瘤生长的作用 ,其机理可能与其能调低EGFR和PCNA有关 ;To explore the mechanisms of 'Fuzheng Decoction' in fighting cancer, 40 mice were inoculated by LA795 and then randomized into four groups: group A in which 'Fuzheng Decoction' was given 24 hours after inoculation for 13 days and intra-abdominal injection of normal saline in the later 6 days, group B in which normal saline was given 24 hours after inoculation for 6 days and cyclophosphamide for consecutive 5 days, group C in which the methods in groups A and B were given, and group D in which normal saline was given orally and abdominally. Thirteen days later, the mice were sacrificed, the tumor was weighed and the tumor-inhibiting rate was calculated; and EGFR and PCNA were observed and compared in all groups. Results: All three methods had some effects in inhibiting tumor and reducing EGFR and PCNA, with best effects in group C. It is suggested that 'Fuzheng Decoction' can inhibit the growth of tumor possibly by reducing EGFR and PCNA.
