摘　　要：目的　设计新型抗肿瘤治疗性疫苗。方法　以多聚赖氨酸为桥梁 ,将抗原肽与其编码基因并置于同一疫苗颗粒 ,进而设计出颗粒性肽 DNA复合疫苗。结果　该疫苗可激发体内肿瘤特异性CTL反应 ,并对P815肿瘤具有特异性杀伤活性。结论　该颗粒性肽Objective To design novel anti-tumor therapeutic vaccine and explore novel concept for design of tumor vaccine. Me- thods The antigenic peptide was collocated with its encoding gene on the same vaccine particles using polylysine as bridge. Results A novel particulate peptide-DNA dual vaccine (PDDV), which had specific cytolytic activity to P815 tumor cell,was developed. Conclusion Our results suggested that PDDV is a potential formulation of tumor vaccine.
