摘　　要：目的 :探讨视网膜母细胞瘤的临床及病理形态特征与预后的关系。方法 :回顾性分析资料完整的 68例 ( 71眼 )RB的临床、手术病理检查资料、CT及随访资料进行分析。结果 :分化型以小于 18个月为主 3 9例 ( 5 7.3 5 %)。≥ 18个月以未分化为主 16例 ( 2 3 .5 2 %)。肿瘤细胞对视神经的侵润多见于大于 18个月年龄患者。结论 :视网膜母细胞瘤儿童多见 。Objective:To observe the clinical and histopachologic characteristics of retinobastoma.Methods:A retrospetive study was made of 68 RB cases(71 eyes) pathologically confirmed between 1990 and 2002 in our hospital. The clinical、 histologic features, immunolhistochemical results of tumor and their follow-up data were also reviewed.Results:In the group with age under 18 months there were also mainly well-differentiated tumor cells 39 cases (57.35%), but in the groups with age over 18 months the tumor cells were poorly differentiated 16 cases (232.52%).Conclusion:Retinoblastoma occurs frequently in children. The intial stage of disease and morphyological findings are associated with prognosis and histopachologic features.
