经腹腔和静脉双途径应用紫杉醇化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌

摘　　要：目的 :观察并评价紫杉醇 (泰素 )加顺铂经腹腔和静脉化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的近期疗效及其毒副反应。方法 :8例Ⅲ或Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者接受泰素 4 0mg/m2 +顺铂 2 0～ 4 0mg/m2 腹腔注入 ,泰素 4 0mg/m2 静脉滴注 ,每周 1次 ,连用 3周为一疗程 ,2个疗程后进行评价。结果 :全组 8例患者中获得PR 4例 ,总有效率 5 0 % ;控制腹水的有效率达 10 0 %。结论 :泰素和顺铂经腹腔和静脉化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌疗效肯定 ,毒副反应轻 ,值得临床进一步研究和应用。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and adverse effects of intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy with pacitaxel(taxol) plus cisplatin in advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:Eight patients were treated with taxol(40mg/m 2)+cisplatin (20～40 mg/m 2) intraperitoneal chemothempy and taxo (40 mg/m 2) intravenous chemotherapy.The short term effects and toxicities were observed.Results:The overall response rate was 50% with 4 partial response.and the effective rate of controling ascites was 100%.Conclusion:Intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy with pacitaxel plus cisplatin was effective with fewer side effects in treating advanced ovarian cancer.It was worthy of further studing.
