摘  要:目的观察脑出血患者血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的动态变化,并评价其临床意义。方法应用ELISA法对21例脑出血患者血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9水平进行动态检测,同时与头部CT扫描所显示的血肿周围水肿(PHE)体积作相关性分析。结果脑出血后第1d,血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9水平即显著升高(P<0.05),第4d达高峰,持续约10d后开始降低。血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9水平与PHE体积呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论脑出血后血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9表达水平增高,血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9水平可反映脑出血患者血肿周围水肿严重程度,对其含量测定有助于判断病情。Objective To study the dynamic changes of the plasma level of mat rix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and its clinical significance. Methods The plasma level of MMP-9 were serially determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 21 patients with cerebral he morrhage , meanwhile the volumes of perihematomal edema (PHE) scanned by CT were measured and the relative analysis of these data were performed. Results After cerebral hemorrhage, the MMP-9 level increased in the 1st day (P < 0.05) and re ached the peak at 4th day; the high level might last about 10 days, then it bega n to reduce. The results showed there was significantly positive relationship b etween MMP-9 level and PHE volume (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression level o f MMP-9 raises after cerebral hemorrhage. The plasma level of MMP-9 can reflect the intensity of PHE in these patients. The determination of MMP-9 may be help ful for judging the condition of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
