摘 要:目的检测黑龙江省县级市场销售粮食中黄绿青霉素(CIT)污染水平,为克山病病因研究提供新的参考数据。方法从黑龙江省尚志、林口、密山、铁力、富裕、依兰、孙吴、肇东、巴彦、呼兰、双城、宾县、五常等13个县城的主要市场,采集面粉、大米和玉米面粮样共390份。采样后2周内,按30%比例随机抽取3种粮样各39份,采用HPLC法检测CIT水平。结果大米与面粉均为0检出;玉米面检出频率为12/39,阳性样品检出量范围为4.9~13.8μg/kg,平均值7.1μg/kg。结论目前黑龙江省的市售粮食中的CIT污染程度很轻。今后要继续扩大检查范围,取得CIT对粮食污染情况更深入的了解。Objective To investigate citreoviridin(CIT) level in market cereals of Heilongjiang province for new data to the studies on the Keshan disease. Methods Total 390 cereal samples were collected from markets in 13 counties of Heilongjiang province, and of the samples, respective 39 samples of rice, wheat flour and corn flour were randomly selected for citreoviridin detection through HPLC method. Results Twelve was citreoviridin positive among 39 corn flour samples, and mean content of citreoviridin in the positive samples was 7.1 μg/kg, ranging from 4.9 μg/kg to 13.8 μg/kg. No citreoviridin, however, was found both in rice and wheat flour samples. Conclusions The current citreoviridin level in market cereals of Heilongjiang province is low. For clearly understanding the CIT contamination problem, we should expand investigation area in future.
