摘 要:目的利用Beagle犬建立一种近似人类临床牙周炎的牙周炎动物模型。方法在6只Beagle犬牙颈部龈缘水平结扎丝线并配以形成牙周炎食谱,分别于1d、3d、7d、14d、1m、2m和3m检查实验动物的牙周状况,记录结果。结果所有动物实验侧牙齿的牙周均形成近似人类临床牙周炎的实验性牙周炎,但严重程度不一。结论在Beagle犬建立的牙周炎模型是较近似于人类临床牙周炎的实验性牙周炎动物模型。Objective The aim of the experiment was to establish experimental periodontitis animalmodel in beagle dog.Methods Six beagle dogs about one year old and with good general health will beused. The silk ligatures will be forced into a position directly apical to the gingival margin of teethin the experimental sides just at the cemento-enamel. During this period, the dogs will be fed a softsticky diet consisting of dog's sausage, potato flour, sugar and water to promote plaque accumulation.Within the period, the clinical status will be obtained from the experimental teeth, at 1, 3, 7, 14, 30,60, and 90 days.Results All the experimental teeth demonstrated significantly an experimentalperiodontitis. Conclusion The experimental periodontitis animal model in beagle dog was a significantanimal model.
