摘 要:目的 探讨双向线性动态控制能量和负压技术对提高白内障超声乳化术效率、减少超声乳化并发症的作用。方法 应用双向线性动态控制能量和负压技术对各种不同硬度核白内障作超声乳化 2 66例 ( 2 74只眼 ) (双控组 ) ,并以单向线性控制能量技术对各种不同硬度核白内障作超声乳化110例 ( 116只眼 ) (单控组 )作对照 ,比较两组手术中使用的最大能量、平均能量、超声乳化时间和相对能量复合参数 ,同时观察手术后早期 ( 1周内 )和远期 ( 6个月~ 2 5年 ,平均 2年 )的并发症发生情况以及矫正视力。结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级核者 ,双控组的超声乳化实际使用平均能量、超乳时间、相对能量复合参数均低于单控组。双控组病例术中并发症、术后角膜水肿、虹膜炎的发生率低于单控组。不过 ,两组病例的远期并发症、术后视力恢复情况无明显差异。结论 双向线性动态控制能量和负压技术是一项高效、安全的白内障超声乳化技术 。Objective To study the effect of dual linear control energy and vaccum technique to raise phacoemulsification efficiency and reduce complications related to phacoemulsification.Methods Phacoemulsification by dual linear control energy and vaccum(dual linear group)were performed on 266 cataract cases(274 eyes)with four different hardness lens nuclei.It looks as control group(single linear group)that phacoemulsification by single linear control energy were performed on 110 cataract cases(116 eyes)with four different hardness lens nuclei.The maximum energy,mean energy,mean time and relative energy complex parameter(RECP)in phacoemulsification were compared between dual linear group and single linear group.Early and late stage complications and vision acuity after surgeries also were compared between dual linear group and single linear group.Results The mean energy,mean time and RECP of four different hardness nuclei were lower with dual linear group than that with single linear group,the rate of complications during operation,corneal edema and iritis in dual linear group is lower than that in single linear group,but there was no significant difference in late stage complications and vision acuity of two groups.Conclusions The dual linear control energy and vaccum technique is a high effective and safe phacoemulsification technique,this technique is indicated all four different hardness lens nuclei.
