摘　　要：目的 :研究卵巢癌组织中Survivin的表达及其临床意义。方法 :用免疫组化法检测 38例卵巢癌和 1 2例卵巢良性肿瘤组织中Survivin和细胞增殖核抗原 (PCNA)蛋白的表达 ,用原位杂交 (ISH)法检测SurvivinmRNA。结果 :卵巢癌组织中SurvivinmRNA及其蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 6 8.4 2 % (2 6 / 38)、81 .5 8% (31 / 38) ,高于卵巢良性肿瘤组织中的 2 5 .0 0 % (3/ 1 2 )、33.33% (4 / 1 2 ) (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。其中 ,Survivin蛋白表达阳性的卵巢癌组织中PCNA标记指数明显高于Survivin蛋白表达阴性者 ,且Survivin表达与卵巢癌的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移和腹水密切相关 ,但与组织学类型无关。结论 :卵巢癌组织中Survivin表达增强 ,且与细胞增殖密切相关 ;Aim: To study the expression of Survivin in ovarian carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of Survivin and PCNA protein in 38 cases of ovarian carcinoma and 12 cases of benign ovarian tumors. The expression of Survivin mRNA was measured by in situ hybridization. Results: The positive expression rates of Survivin mRNA and protein in ovarian carcinoma were 81.58%(31/38)and 68.42%(26/38), respectively, which were higher than those of benign tumor 33.33%(4/12), 25.00%(3/12) ,respectively. Labeling indexes of PCNA in ovarian carcinoma tissues with positive expression of Survivin was significantly higher than that with negative expression of Survivin. The expression of Survivin was associated with clinical stage, histological grades, lymph node metastasis, and ascites, except for histological classification. Conclusion:Survivin protein and mRNA are strongly expressed in ovarian carcinoma and are closed associated with cell proliferation. Survivin may serve as an important predicting prognosis factor and target of therapy.
