摘  要:[目的 ]了解国际上高等护理教育中使用的教与学策略 ,为发展适合我国高等护理教育的教与学策略提供参考。[方法 ]文献研究法和实地研究法。 [结果 ]课堂讲授法、自学讨论法、网上教学、临床实习、服务性学习、反思日记等 3 0余种教与学策略可运用于高等护理教育中。 [结论 ]教与学策略的选择应考虑教学目标、教学内容、学生及教师的特点、教育资源的可及性、教学场所的特殊性及教育心理规律等因素。我国高等护理教育应吸取国外教与学策略中合理的成分 ,从发挥学生的主体作用、培养学生的评判性思维、信息利用和创新能力等方面着手 。Objective: to know the teaching and learning strategies of worldwide used in college nursing education program, to provide a reference for establishing a suitable teaching and learning strategies of college nursing education in China. Method: literature study and practical study were adopted. Results: more than 30 kinds of teaching and learning strategies including classroom lecture, self-culture and discussion, teaching through internet, clinical practice, service study, and diary of turning over to think could be applied in college nursing education. Conclusion: to choose teaching and learning strategies one should think about factors such as teaching objective and content, characteristics of students and teachers, reachable teaching resources, particularity of teaching site, and psychological regularity of education. College nursing education in China should soak up the reasonable parts of teaching and learning strategies in abroad. A series of teaching and learning strategies could meet to the practicality in China should be established from the bases of aspects as bringing principal part of students themselves into play, cultivating criticism thinking, information utilization, and creative ability of students.
