摘　　要：目的　探讨高龄浅表性多发性膀胱肿瘤的治疗方法。方法　回顾性分析 36例高龄浅表性多发性膀胱肿瘤患者行膀胱黏膜剥脱加丝裂霉素黏膜下多点注射的治疗情况。结果　术后效果满意 ,总复发率 13.9%。结论　膀胱黏膜剥脱是一种治疗高龄浅表性多发性膀胱肿瘤的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the method of treatment of bladder tumors in aged patients. Methods The multiple superficial bladder tumors in 36 senile patients (both sexes, age 70～96) were treated by bladder mucosal antrectomy plus multispot submucosal injection of mitomycin from 1995 to 2004. The cases were reviewed retrospectively. Results The results were satisfactory. The recurrence rate was 13.9% in the series. Conclusion Bladder mucosal antrectomy is a treatment of choice for multiple superficial bladder tumors in senile patients.
