无环鸟苷、丹参联合治疗急性视网膜坏死的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨急性视网膜坏死 (ARN)的治疗方法。方法　对 8例 (10眼 )ARN患者采用无环鸟苷、丹参联合治疗。结果　随访 12～ 18个月 ,9眼视力有不同程度提高 ,视力提高率达 90 %。结论　无环鸟苷、丹参联合治疗ARN是一种有效的方法。Objective It is to study the treatment method of acute retinal necrosis (ARN).Methods 8 cases of ARN (10 eyes) were treated with combination of acyclovir (ACV) and salvia miltiorrhiza.Results The patients were followed up for 12～18 months. The visual acuity of 9 eyes was improved and the effective rate was 90%.Conclusion The combination of ACV and the salvia miltiorrhiza is effective on ARN.
