摘　　要：该项研究顺应国家大力发展继续教育的形式 ,按照“管理规范化、形式多样化、基地层次化、硬件一体化、指导分类化”的发展思路 ,探索出了一套军队医学院校继续教育发展的新模式 ,对医学院校发展继续医学教育有一定的借鉴意义。Adapted with the situation of active policy on CME, we have established a new mode of CME development in the military university of medical sciences on the basis of “standardization of management, diversification of CME forms, gradation of base, unification of facilities, classification of instructions”, which is a good reference of CME development for other military universities of medical sciences.
