摘　　要：目的　探讨本地上消化道疾病 ,特别是上消化道肿瘤、癌前疾病的发病特点。方法对普查 12 914 7人应用隐血珠试剂进行初筛 ;阳性者做胃镜检查 70 93例 ,并与 2 0 0 1年至 2 0 0 3年门诊 70 93例胃镜检查结果比较。结果　普查 12 914 7人应用隐血珠阳性 35 72 6人 ;阳性率 19.85 % ;70 93人阳性者做胃镜检查 ,检出慢性浅表性胃炎 6 0 0 2例 ,占 84 .6 2 % ;慢性萎缩性胃炎 15 6例 ,占 2 .2 0 % ;急性胃粘膜病变 2 6例 ,占 0 .37% ;残胃炎 35例 ,占 0 .4 9% ;十二指肠球炎 2 18例 ,占 3.0 7% ;十二指肠息肉 4 4例 ,占 0 .6 2 % ;胃息肉 10 0例 ,占 1.4 1% ;食道炎 5 6例 ,占 0 .79% ;消化性溃疡 2 2 0例 ,占 3.1% ;食管癌 35例 ,占 0 .4 9% ;胃癌 4 0例 ,占 0 .5 7% ;食道静脉曲张 2 5例 ,占 0 .35 % ;正常 136例 ,占 1.92 %。结论　应用隐血珠普查上消化道疾病有初筛价值 ;阳性者做胃镜检查可以早期发现胃癌、食管癌及癌前疾病 ,因此开展上消化道疾病普查工作意义重大。Research on local alimentary canal diseases, especially on the characteristics of diseases related to upper alimentary canal cancer before it comes into being.Approach we first classified the 129147 participants using dormant blood reagent,7093 of whom were positive as a result of gastroscope.A comparison was done with 7093 cases from the year 2001 to 2003.Result of 129147 participants 35726 were applied to dormant blood reagent—taking up a percentage of 19.85%,19.85;7093 positive cases were gastroscoped and among them 6002 cases with chronic shallow gastricism,84.62%,156 cases with chronec atrophic gastricism,2.20%;26 with acute gastric retia pathological changes,0.37%;35 with remnant gastricism,0.49%;218 with duodenitis,3.07%;44 with duodenal polype,0.62%;100with gasrtic polypi,1.41%;56 with esophagitis,0.79%;220 with digestant ulcer 3.1%;35 with esophageal cancer,0.49%;40 with gastric cancer,0.57%;25 with esophagdal varicosity,0.35%;and 136 cases,normal,1.92%.Discussion There exists a value of first classification by applying dormant blood reagent in the general examination of upper alimentary diseases;gastroscope examinations help to discover,in patients positive,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer in a earlier stage before they occur.And so carrying out a general examination of alimentary canal diseases is of great importance.
