摘　　要：目的　探讨E -钙黏蛋白 (E -Cad)在肝细胞癌中的表达及其与临床特性之间的关系。方法　采用免疫组化sABC法和E -Cad抗体对 40例肝细胞癌及其相应癌旁组织中的E -Cad的表达进行研究。结果　肝癌组织中E -Cad表达阳性率为 3 0 % ,癌旁组织阳性率表达为93 .3 % ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。E -Cad的表达与癌TNM分期密切相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与肿瘤分级有无门静脉癌栓、有无包膜相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与年龄、肿瘤大小无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　E -Cad表达对评价肝细胞癌临床分期有重要意义。检测E -Cad可以判断肝细胞癌生物学行为。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of E-Cadherin and the clinical characters of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods Forty cases of HCC and its adjacent tissues were examined for the E-Cadherin expression by sABC immumnohistochemistry of anti-E-Cadherin monoclonal antibody.Results The positive rate of E-Cadherin expression in HCC of all histological types was 30%,while that in the adjacent tumor tissue was 93.3% with the difference being very significant(P<0.01).The E-Cadherin expression was associated with TNM staging(P<0.01),with the carcerous thrombi within the portal vein,Edmondson grade and the capsule of carcinoma(P<0.05),but not with age of patients or the tumor size(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of E-Cadherin may be important to evaluate clinical stage of HCC.Detection of the expression of E-Cadherin can predict the biologic behavior of HCC.
