摘　　要：目的　评价三硝基甲苯 (TNT)白内障晶状体摄影的临床意义。方法　充分散瞳后 ,对普查出的TNT白内障作业人员采用CannonCF 60ZA型及Topcon 5 0EX型眼底照相机对晶状体进行摄影。结果　各种晶状体浑浊形态及程度均能清晰显示。结论　晶状体摄影能客观真实地反映出晶状体浑浊的形态 ,避免了人为描述及图示所受主观因素影响的误差。可为临床、科研、教学提供永久性的保存资料 ,利于动态对比观察。可为职业性眼病的分期、诊断及劳动能力的鉴定提供重要佐证。Objective To investigate the significance of lens photography for the diagnosis of trinitrotoluene cataract.Methods After mydriasis,Cannon CF-60 ZA and Topcon 50 EX type fundus camera was used to take lens shooting.Results All the lens opacity can be shown clearly.Conclusion Lens shooting can record the lens opacity clearly and objectively,it will avoid subjective error.It is convenient to observe developing change of the opacity.Also it can provid an important evidence for evaluation of professional disease.
