眼球摘除188例原因分析及义眼台植入的效果

摘　　要：目的　对 188例眼球摘除的原因进行分析 ,评价义眼台植入的效果。方法　采用回顾性研究的方法 ,分析了眼球摘除的原因 ,并对眼球摘除的适应证及其并发症进行了讨论。结果　眼球摘除的 188例中 ,眼外伤 93例 ,占 49.47% ;恶性肿瘤 41例 ,占 2 2 .81% ;失明伴眼痛、眼球萎缩及眼内炎等其他原因 5 4例 ,占 2 8.72 %。其中义眼台植入 76例 ,出现并发症者 5例 ,包括 2例结膜息肉 ,3例义眼台暴露。结论　眼外伤是眼球摘除占首位的原因。眼球摘除后义眼台的及时植入 ,能改善外观 ,手术并发症少。Objective To analyze the causes of 188 cases(188 eyes) with enucleation of globe and evaluate the clinical application of hydroxyapatied orbital implant.Methods 188 cases (188 eyes) of enucleation of eye ball were reviewed retrospectively,the causes of enucleation of globe were analyzed.Indication of enucleation of globe and complications were also detected.Results 93(49.5%) eyes of 188 eyes had ocular injury,41(22.8%) eyes had malignant ocular tumor,54(28.7%) eyes had vision loss with pain.Hydroxyapatite orbital implants were implanted in 76 cases,five of them developed complications,of which two cases had conjunctival granuloma,and three cases had implant exposure.Conclusion The main causes of enculeation of eye ball are eye injury.The hydroxyapatite orbital implants can improve cosmitic result with few complications.
