摘 要:利用 Nissl染色和计算机图像处理的方法 ,研究了 3 0日龄北京鸭 (P3 0 )视网膜节细胞层 (ganglion cell layer,GCL )细胞的形态大小、数量和密度分布。结果表明 ,北京鸭视网膜节细胞层细胞形态多样 ,有圆形、椭圆形和多角形等。不同区域细胞大小差异显著 ,由视网膜中央区向周边部逐渐增大 (CA为 (53 .3 2± 2 0 .53 )μm2 ;NP 为 89.73± 53 .0 1 μm2 ;TP 为1 4 8.71± 86.2 1 μm2 )。细胞数量分布很不均匀 ,在视网膜中央有一个高密度区即中央高密度区(CA约为为 1 0 660个 / mm2 ) ,且由视网膜中央部向视网膜周边部细胞密度逐渐降低 (TP约为53 40个 / mm2 ;NP约为 583 0个 / mm2 )。可见 。The density and size of the cells in the ganglion cell layer(GCL) were studied using Nissl-staining in the retina of Beijing duck (posthatching day 30, P30). These cells were round, oval and polygon.Their sizes were significant difference in the central zone and peripheral zone. In the central retina, the cells in GCL were small (CA,53.32±20.53 μm2~), and their sizes increased toward the temporal periphery(TP,148.71±86.21 μm^2) and the nasal periphery(NP, 89.73±53.01 μm^2).However,one high-density area was observed in the central retina (CA, 10 660 cells/mm^2) and a center-peripheral graduation was detected. The cell densities in the TP and the NP were 5 340 cells/mm^2 and 5 830 cells/mm^2, respectively. These results indicated that the cell size increased toward the periphery accompanied by a decrease in the cell density. The distribution and density of the cells in the GCL of Beijing duck retina were discussed in comparison with those of other vertebrates.
