社会评价——民办高教健康发展的有效保证

摘　　要：民办高校面向社会办学,需要了解社会,这就需要一套社会评价和反馈机制来进行信息沟通,进行规范和引导;同时社会作为民办高教投资主体和消费市场,有权利和义务对民办高教质量做出评价。建立有效的民办高教社会评价反馈机制,有利于民办高校面向社会办学,有利于现行的教育评价体系的充实和完善。为此,政府、学校和社会应从思想观念的转变、制度环境的建设、组织机构创建等各方面为民办高教社会评价机制的建立和完善做出努力。Private colleges and universities, when open to the society, must have an evaluation and feedback mechanism for information communication before they can know the society. Meanwhile, as the main investment body and consuming market of the non-governmental higher education, the society has the right and obligation to evaluate the quality of the non-governmental higher education. The establishment of an effective evaluation and feedback mechanism of non-governmental higher education is beneficial to private colleges and universities in serving the society as well as to the perfection of the current educational evaluation system. This being the case, the government, the school and the society should make a joint effort to establish and perfect the social evaluation system of non-governmental higher education in the respects of the changes in ideological concepts, the construction of systematic environment and the creation of organizational institutions.
