红枫湖春季原生动物群落与水质的初步研究

摘　　要：通过对红枫湖PFU原生动物群落的结构参数、功能参数进行初步的调查 ,并据此对红枫湖春季水体水质进行初步生态评价。共检出原生动物 12 2种 (包括 11个未定种 ) :其中植鞭毛虫 2 7种、动鞭毛虫 9种、肉足虫 35种、纤毛虫 5 4种。原生动物群落结构参数和功能参数所反映出来的红枫湖水体水质情况是一致的 :红枫湖在被调查期间水质状况为中度污染An investigation of protozoan community was conducted in Hongfeng Lake.The research work included the structural and functional parameters of PFU protozoan community,the relationship between environmental factors and characteristic parameters of protozoan community,and water quality assessment of this lake.According to the investigation,the protozoa fauna consists of 122 taxa (including 11 uncertained).They were Phytomastigophorea 27,Zoomastigophorea 9,Sarcodina 35 and Ciliophora 54.The results demonstrated that both structural and functional parameters reflected water quality of Hongfeng Lake was contaminated by organic substance.
