摘　　要：企业动态联盟这种新型组织具有许多优点,但同时也存在诸如组建风险、运作风险、解散风险等许多新的风险管理问题。针对企业动态联盟这种网络组织特点,本文在对其组建、运作和解散阶段进行风险识别分析的基础上,给出了基于B/S结构的企业动态联盟风险防范系统设计体系、模型、总体框架以及工作流程,以为企业动态联盟的风险管理提供系统支持,也为企业动态联盟风险防范系统网络软件的开发设计提供参考。As a new kind organization, Enterprise Dynamic Alliance has a lot of advantages. Meanwhile, many new risk management problems do exist, such as establishment risk, operation risk, disintegration risk and so on. In view of the network organizational character of Enterprise Dynamic Alliance, design system, model, general structure and working process based on B/S structure are put forward for Enterprise Dynamic Alliance risk preventing system. By means of them, this paper supplies the sustain system for Enterprise Dynamic Alliance and offers the reference for net software, and develops Enterprise Dynamic Alliance risk preventing system.
