摘 要:稀盐酸介质中,砷(Ⅲ)与吡咯烷二硫甲酸铵(APDC)形成的配合物在悬汞电极上有良好的吸附溶出行为,据此建立了测定痕量砷的吸附溶出伏安新方法。其二次导数峰电位为-0.53V(vs.SCE),测定范围:1.3×10^(-9)~2.7×10^(-7)mol/L,检出限达1.3×10^(-10)mol/L。曾用本法测定蕃茄叶和茶汤中痕量砷,结果满意。并采用巯基棉柱及其它方法分离、测定了茶叶、茶汤中砷的各种主要形态及其分布。The adsorptive stripping voltammetric behaviour of arsenic(Ⅲ)-pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate complex has been studied in this paper. A new simple, sensitive and selective method for the determination of trace arsenic has been established. There is a good linear relationship between the second differential peak height and the concentration of As(Ⅲ) in the range of 1.3~10^(-5)mol/L~2.7×10^(-7) mol/L, and the detection limit is 1.3×10^(-10)mol/L. Several biological materials (standard samples) and the arsenic speciation in tea has been determined by this method after separation and preconcentration by sulfhydryled cotton fiber (SCF). The recoveries of arsenic were in the range of 90.5% to 108%.
