摘　　要：如何推动中小企业发展是我国正在重视和研究的一个重要课题。然而中小企业目前普遍面临的融资难问题成为制约其发展的主要障碍。本文探析了中小企业融资瓶颈产生的主要原因 ,并结合我国实际 。How to promote the development of middle and small business enterprise is a important question for study by some scholars.But middle and small business enterprises are facing with the problems of financing difficulty generally at the moment,it has become the main barrier to condition the development of these enterprises.This paper analyzes the principal cause leads to the bottleneck of financing and associates the practice of China,submits focally some suggestions to solute this problem.
