富含α-亚麻酸植物的研究

摘　　要：对自然界中含α-亚麻酸植物的含油量、α-亚麻酸含量、资源分布、原料价格等进行了比较研究。研究结果认为,紫苏、亚麻和杜仲是目前含油量高、资源丰富、原料价格低廉、富含α-亚麻酸的植物;轮叶戟是一种有开发前景的富含α-亚麻酸植物。The oil content , α-linolenic acid content,resources distribute and raw material price of α-linolenic acid plant were analysis and study.The results show that Perilla frutescens and Linaceae usitatissimum and Eucommia ulmoides are plants which have high content of α-linolenic acid,abound natural resources and low material, and which are ideal raw material in developing α-linolenic acid. Lasiococca comberi in developing α-linolenic acid have wide exploitation prospect.
