试论传统家族文化对中日企业发展的不同影响

摘　　要：文章首先对比分析了中日传统家庭和家族文化的差异,其次说明了中日不同的家庭和家族文化对企业经营的不同影响,在对比分析的基础上探索日本企业经营对中国家族企业现代化可资借鉴的经验。At first,the paper gives an analysis of the differences of'culture of family'and'culuture of clan'in China and Japan.Second,the paper explains the different effects in management of enterprises in China and Japan which are brought out by the different cultures of family and clan in the two nations.At last, the author gives a discussion on the experiences that the modernization of family enterprise in China should learn from Japan's enterprise management.
