摘  要:在阐述青海南部高原草场退化现状的基础上,用系统的观点分析了草场退化的成因及机理,认为高原自然地理环境本身的脆弱性、自然灾害及不适当的人类活动是导致该地区草场退化的主导因子,并分析了它们之间的内在联系,探讨了对其进行恢复和重建的宏观策略,提出了用控制论及系统工程方法对其进行治理的若干对策及建议。Based on explanation about present situation of grass deterioration in southern Qinghai plateau,the cause and mechanism of grass deterioration are analyzed with systematic view point. It is recognized that the vulnerability of geographic environment of plateau,natural hazard and unreasonable human's activities are predominant factors resulting in grass deterioration. The internal relations between the factors are analyzed. The macroscopic strategy to recover and rehabilitate grass is explored. Some suggestions and countermeasures against grass deterioration with control theory and systematic engineering method are presented.
