摘　　要：近年来 ,理论界对再审程序的诸多问题进行了有益探索 ,但对其改判标准问题却鲜有论及。从理论上阐明我国再审改判标准并提出若干具体建议 ,对健全和完善我国再审程序具有重要价值。In recent years, the theoretical circles have helpfully explored a good many problems about the retrial procedure. However, they have seldom dealt with the norms of changing the original sentence. We should elucidate it in theory and make some specific suggestions. This is very important for perfecting and rebuilding the retrial procedure.
