清丽爽减肥茶减肥作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究清丽爽减肥茶的减肥作用。方法　动物试验 :在本试验室条件下 ,以 5 0～ 70g雌性断乳Wistar大鼠为实验动物 ,用高脂肪高营养饲料喂养 45d后 ,给予清丽爽减肥茶 ,分 2 0 0g (kg·bw)、1 0 0g (kg·bw)、0 5 0g (kg·bw)三个实验组和模型对照组 ,每日称重后灌胃 1次 ,连续 30d后 ,测定体重和体内脂肪重量。人体试验 :33名专项体检合格的单纯性肥胖成年自愿女性 ,连续 5周服用清丽爽减肥茶。结果　动物试验 :清丽爽减肥茶能降低 2 0 0g (kg·bw)、1 0 0g (kg·bw)实验组的体重、体重增重、体内脂肪重量和体脂 体重。根据卫生部颁发的《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》中 3 6 4项规定 ,可判定清丽爽减肥茶有减肥作用。人体试验 :清丽爽减肥茶能明显降低体重、体内脂肪总量、脂肪占体重百分率、皮下脂肪厚度、腰围、腹围和臀围 ;对运动耐力无明显影响 ;服用送检样品前后各项临床检查指标、血常规、尿常规和各项生化指标无明显变化 ,无明显不良反应。结论　根据卫生部颁发的《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》中 3 6 4项规定 ,可判定清丽爽减肥茶对单纯性肥胖者具有减肥作用 ,且对机体健康无明显损害。Objective To determine the effect of Qilishuang Weigh-off Tea on reducing body weight.Methods 50-70g weaned female wistar rats were tested, being fed with high fat and nutrition food for 45 days,then Qinglishuang Weight-off Tea of 2g/kg,1g/kg,0.5g/kg was put into stomach of three experimental groups respectively everyday for 30 days,while 33 simple obesity adult women were kept on taking Qinglishuang Weight-off Tea for 5 weeks.Results and Conclusion The animal test result indicated that Qinglishuang Weight-off Tea could reduce body weight,increment of body weight,body fat and fat/weight of the groups 2 g/kg and 1 g/kg;the human body test result showed that Qinglishuang Weight-off Tea could reduce body weight,total body fat,fat/weight,subcutaneous fat,waistline,abdomenline,hipline,without any adverse effect on physical endurance;no obvious changes were detected in both clinic and routine examinations of blood,urine and biochemical items.
