柯萨奇B_3病毒感染小鼠不同时间的心电图观察

摘　　要：目的　用柯萨奇B3病毒感染BALB c小鼠。用普通心电图仪对实验组和对照组小鼠 ,在不同时间进行心电描记总结出变化规律 ,为病毒性心肌炎动物模型提供检测指标 ,为临床心肌炎诊断提供实验依据。方法　用频响为 0～ 90Hz ,纸速为 5 0mm s普通心电图仪 ,对 2 6 0只小鼠选择其标准导联Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和单极加压肢体导联aVR、aVL、aVF的心电图进行描记。其中实验组 14 8只 ,对照组 112只。结果　通过两组小鼠心电图比较 ,对照组小鼠心电图未发现异常。而实验组小鼠心电图异常率达 5 0 %以上。随着感染时间的延长 ,心电图可见到结早、不完全性房室脱节、房室传导阻滞、QRS波终末传导延缓粗钝等。小鼠心电图异常比例更为显著。结论　感染柯萨奇B3病毒后 ,小鼠心电图改变与病毒性心肌炎心电图异常改变相符。小鼠心电图的描记可以做为病毒性心肌炎动物实验比较客观的检测指标之一。Objective To provide electrocardiogram pattern of mice infected with cosackievirus for reference of experimental animal model with virus myocarditis. Methods\ Electrocardiographs (standard lead I, II, III, unipolar limb lead aVR, aVL, aVF ) with 0-90 Hz frequency, 50 mm/sec of paper speed were used in 260 mice (148 cases in experimental group and 112 cases in control group). Results\ No abnormal electrocardiograms were detected in control group, while 50% abnormal electrocariograms occurred in the experimental group, including nodal premature beat, incomplete atrioventricular dissociation, A-V block and terminal delay of QRS conduction as the infection went by. More abnormal electrocardiograms were found in young mice than in old ones. Conclusion\ The change in the electrocardiogram of the mice infected with coxsackievirus B_3 is conformity to the changes in the electrocardiogram of patients or animals with myocarditis. The record of mice electrocardiogram can be used as one of objective index in viral myocarditis of animal experiments.
