侦查学学科性质探析

摘　　要：在侦查学学科性质的问题上众说纷纭 ,观点不一。本文赞同把侦查学归属于刑事科学 ,并具体探讨了刑事科学的概念和根源与将侦查学归属于刑事科学的意义。As opinions on the character of the discipline of investigation vary,there′s no unaimous conclusion.This paper agrees with a new opinion,that investigation belongs to criminal science,and explores both the scientific meaning of it and the source of the concept of criminal science.
