摘　　要：深化高校人事制度改革,开创人事工作新局面,仅凭原有的经验和认识水平是不够的,我们的工作需要科学的理论来指导。现代人力资源管理观,应当成为我们开展这项工作的基础。It is not enough to deepen the reform of personnel system according to the past experiences and knowledge. The reform of personnel in colleges should be guided by scientific theories. The perspective of managing human resources is the basis for carrying out the reform.
