Cyclin E和TGF α表达的相关性及与胃癌发生关系研究

摘　　要：目的探索 Cyclin E 和 TGFα在胃癌前病变及胃癌中表达的变化和相关性,以及与胃癌发生的关系。方法用特异而敏感的免疫组织化学方法.检测慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)、肠上皮化生(IM)、不典型增生(AH)、胃癌(GCA)及癌周组织 Cycli E 和 TCFα表达;分析它们的差异、与胃癌病理特征的关系,以及在胃癌中表达的相关性。结果 Cyclin E 和 TGFα在 CSG、IM、AH 和 GCA 的表达有显著性差异,Cyclin E 阳性率分别为7.5%、28.6%、37.9%和42.6%;TGFα阳性率分别为15.1%、53.6%、51.7%和61.7%。在胃癌,它们的表达与患者性别、年龄、癌发部位无关;在低分化腺癌均高于中-高分化腺癌:两者表达存在显著的相关关系。结论 Cyclin E 和 TGFα表达随病变由 CSG、IM、AH 到 GCA 逐渐增高,两者表达存在相关关系,与胃癌发生关系密切。PURPOSE To detect the changes of expressions of cyclin E and TGFα in precancerous lesions to gastric carcinoma, to assess the interrelation and the possible role in gastric carcinogenesis of them.METHODS with the specific and sensi- tive immunohistochemical staining,the expression of cyclin E and TGFα in chronic surperficial gastritis(CSG),intestinal metaplasia(IM),atypical hyperplasia(AH)and gastric cacinoma(GCA)were examined.The difference in differential tis- sue and interrelation in gastric cacinomas of their expressions were analysed.Also the relation of them with clinical patho- logical features was analysed.RESULTS The difference of their expressions in CSG、IM、AH and GCA is obvious.Cyclin E has been separately detected by 7.5%、28.6%、37.9%and 42.6%.TGFα also has been done by 15.1%、53.6%、 51.7% and 61.7%.In GCA,both expressions of them are stronger in low than in middle-high differential adenocacino- ma.The interrelation of them have shown.But the significant relationship of them with sexes,ages,positions of gastric car- cinogenesis have not shown.CONCLUSION The expression of cyclin E and TGFα gradually increase from precancerous lesions to gastric carcinoma.The interrelation of them in gastric cacinomas is obvious.The relationship of them with gastric carcinogenesis is very close.
