摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染者血清 NO 含量变化及其对胃粘膜细胞凋亡的影响。方法:Hp 阳性者36例为研究对象,Hp 阴性者31例作为对照。ELISA 测定血清 NO 含量,TUNEL 法检查胃粘膜细胞凋亡。结果:Hp^+组血清 NO 含量为85.6±21.4(μmol/L),Hp^-组为69.2±19.3(μmol/L)。两者比较P<0.01;Hp 阳性组胃粘膜细胞凋亡指数为9.7±2.8,而 Hp 阴性组为8.1±2.2,两者比较P<0.01。结论:Hp 感染患者NO 明显高于非 Hp 感染者,并有显著的细胞凋亡现象,这可能与 Hp 可诱导一氧化氮合成酶有关。To defect the changes of serum level of nifric oxide and its eftects to apoptosis of gastric epithe- lial cell after Hp infeetion.Methode:36 cases of Hp^+ group,31 cascs of Hp^- group.To defect the serum level of nifric ox- ide by ELISA and apoptosis of gastric epithelial cell by TUNEL.Results:Serum level of nitric oxide is 85.6±21.4 (μmol/L)in the Hp^+ group,and is 69.2±19.3(μmol/L) in Hp^- group.There are significant statistieal differences be- tween Hp^+ group and Hp^- group(P<0.01);Apoptosis index is 9.7±2.8 in Hp^+ group and is 8.1±2.2 in Hp^- group. There are significant statistical differences between Hp^+ group and Hp^- goup,(P<0.01).Conclusion:Infection of He- licobacter pylori can induce elevation of nitric oxide syntheses(Nos),which product a lot of NO,result in DNA damage and apoptosis of gastric epithelical cells.
