摘　　要：对我国西部中小企业进行SWOT分析表明 ,西部中小企业的市场劣势地位 ,与其自身不重视企业竞争情报活动有很大关系。基于此 ,在西部大开发中 ,充分收集和利用竞争情报 ,对西部地区中小企业生存与发展具有重要意义。SWOT studies on the small and medium-sized enterprises in the West China indicate that the inferior position of small and medium-sized enterprises of the West China in competitions for market is closely associated with their negligence of the competitions of intelligence activities which are of great importance to the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises of the West China in the development of the western regions of China.
