摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的来临 ,创新研究与区域经济相融合 ,对区域创新活动尤其是区域创新系统的研究已成为创新研究的前沿问题之一。我国改革开放后 2 0多年来 ,沿海开放区域经济社会发展取和了辉煌成就 ,其中一个关键因素 ,就是不断创新 。The arrival of the era of knowledye-bared ecnomy brinys a bout the comkineation between innovetiond reserrch and negiond economic reserrch .Thes also foregrounds the necessity of resemching into regiondl innovationd system.Over 20-year reform and open-up,the coastal openiy rejions in our countmny have nalce brillient achievement in social and economic development.They mainly rely on the cons-untinnovatien.With ther efforts,they have succeeded in seekiy a new pattern of innovation wich badically a ccords with the local conditions.
