摘　　要：中小企业是推动我国经济增长的一支重要力量 ,加快中小企业的发展具有重大的现实意义。近年来 ,美国、德国、日本等发达国家在进一步促进中小企业的发展上出台了很多新的扶持政策。联系我国中小企业的状况和存在的问题 ,提出了发展和完善我国中小企业的思路。Small and medium sized enterprises is an important factor to improve economic development, there is great meaning to accelerating the development of small and medium sized enterprises. In recent years, many developed countries such as U.S.A., Germany, Japan and etc, have put forward many new supporting policies to promote the development of small and medium sized enterprises. In this article, some new ideas of developing small and medium sized enterprises are advanced basing on the actual situation and questions existing in China.
